For your convenience, there is also a single-box luggage storage and a locker room with a shower and restroom, both available free of charge to guests, as well as 24-hour security. NOTE: In order to maintain transparent communication with our guests, we inform you that construction work on the Casa Rio rooftop is underway Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10:00 PM (Noise Law).

⚠️ The rooftop is for the exclusive use of guests. Occasionally, closed events may be held, during which access to the area will be temporarily unavailable.

⚠️ To use the rooftop pool, you will need to sign a form agreeing to the rules on-site.

⚠️ Taking any items from the suite to the beach, such as beach chairs, is not permitted.

⚠️ The building where this property is located has two entrances: one at Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and the other at Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 8 p.m., access must be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.

⚠️ The property's outlets are 220V. Laptops and cell phone chargers are dual-voltage (we recommend checking before use).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all guests staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of guests established in the reservation. Guests not on the list provided will not be allowed to enter the building.

⚠️ Important: After the list has been submitted, it is not permitted to unregister a guest and then register another. This means that no guests can be exchanged or replaced during the stay.

⚠️ The property is exclusively for registered guests; no other guests are permitted.

⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in separate trash bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linens per bed and one set of towels per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes are available for a separate fee. Please be careful with items that could cause damage, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Important: In order to ensure the most transparent communication possible, we would like to inform you that work is being carried out next to the accommodation, which may cause noise during your stay.

Note: The apartment building does not have a lift. To get there, you have to climb 4 flights of stairs.

⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.

⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.

⚠️ For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.
